Pressing shutdown on your workstation at the end of your shift is incredibly important as it clears temporary files and clears up your RAM along side closing useless background tasks and installing windows updates.
All employees should shut down their workstation at the end of every shift as it keeps your computer healthy.
Make sure you save all open files and backup your workstation prior to shutdown.
